Orders are fulfilled by Little Piece of Eden LLC dba Shalom Holistics.

1) Processing Times

Normally 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders after 12 PM may process next business day. Peak seasons may extend to 5 business days.

2) Methods & Delivery

  • Standard: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Priority: 2–3 business days after processing
  • Free shipping promos: 5–10 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier/weather/location may affect timing.

3) Costs

Calculated at checkout by weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions are clearly labeled when offered.

4) Tracking

Tracking is emailed when shipped. Allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear.

5) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged

We’re not responsible for packages after carrier delivery confirmation. Report damage within 7 days with photos to support@shalomholistics.com. We’ll help file claims and arrange replacements when appropriate.

6) Address Accuracy

Customer is responsible for accurate shipping details. If returned for an incorrect address, additional reship fees may apply.

7) Order Changes/Cancellations

Requests within 2 hours of purchase if not yet processed.

8) PO Boxes, APO/FPO

We ship to most PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via eligible carriers; some services may be restricted.

9) Pre‑Orders/Backorders

Estimated ship dates shown on product pages. Orders may ship in multiple parts.
