All purchases are processed by Little Piece of Eden LLC doing business as Shalom Holistics.

1) Physical Products

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Non‑returnable: opened consumables, perishable or customized items, gift cards.
  • Return to: 6700 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

How to start: Email support@shalomholistics.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send return instructions and an RMA if required.

2) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

3) Digital Products

All digital sales are final and non‑refundable once access or download is granted. We will assist with any access issues promptly.

4) Coaching/Consulting Services

Non‑refundable once a session or program has started. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.

5) Order Cancellations

May be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped. Digital orders cannot be canceled after access is granted.

6) Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
